Marching towards a gate, once again I see and breathe
My body is still sore and my eyes burn
Hands are shaking as I slowly walk the ground beneath
Half asleep, feeling weak and fragile
No time for this, I must gather every bit of strength
To get through the battle, death is waiting
But I don't fear, it's ok, I'm ok

Gate goes down, light hits my eyes, I gaze upon the endless fields
Raise the sword and take a swing. You bastards!
Newfound vigor channels through me, mesmerized I carry on
Future holds victory eternal

Still I fall

Memories flash before my eyes of dying here a thousand times
Echoing the sound of the end
But not today

Today I find the fire
I've held within for centuries
I take a stand and raise my sword one last time

So I can go
